For settlement of basement walls due to unstable soil or improper foundations, KG Structures offers stabilizing and raising the settled foundations by installing steel piles. The steel piles will be driven into the ground to a hard stratum to support and raise the foundation to its original position. The size of the steel pile and the assembly is selected according to the weight of the building. The condition of the basement wall must be found suitable for the application of the steel piles.
