Wall Anchor consists of a threaded rod, a concrete dead-man and a steel washer on the inside of the basement wall. The size of the threaded rod and size of the dead-man is selected and installed according to the condition of the basement wall.

The condition of the basement wall must be found suitable for the application of the Wall Anchor.
